Vince is your ex-military action-man-trainer, with a decade’s worth of knowledge and experience in training armed forces personnel across the world. You know he can deliver a great class with whatever equipment he has and whoever is in front of him. Vince has coaching qualifications in Boxing, Cycling and Running, his strengths are in body transformations and getting results. Just don’t ask him to swim.

The passion and energy Mathew brings to every session means you’ll be leaving UN1T a stronger and more refined athlete after every single class. Mathew’s career in the entertainment and fitness industry led him here today. Coming from an acting background and regularly featuring in commercials and on the odd billboard means he can bring a performance to each class, creating the best possible environment to give 110% and ensuring you leave UN1T stronger than when you walked in. Last year Mathew was shortlisted by Optimum Nutrition for their prestigious Personal Trainer of the year award. So not only will each class be exhilarating, but you’ll be leaving with a the best knowledge possible!

Fulham’s very own Pocket Rocket. She may be a petite 5ft 2 but don’t be fooled, Beth is strong and fiery and and she loves to lift. ‘The joy for me is seeing members really challenging themselves and then succeeding, either lifting a heavier weight, or pushing their bodies through to that final whistle. The look of accomplishment on their faces is exactly why I love coaching at UN1T. I want to help members push through their boundaries and leave each class knowing they have not only progressed, but are stronger athletes, both mentally and physically.’

I take immense pride in being UN1T Head Trainer. My goal in each and every session is to take you beyond your limits you think you have! From chasing you down the our sprint track, to standing on your sled, it is my goal to push those training boundaries in the only way I know, with hard work! I’ve always been involved in competitive sports from Boxing to Football so I truly get the importance of Training As One. I will be your best friend before the class. You may hate me when that whistle blows, but that high five at the end will be even more worth it.

Being a trainer on the studio floor at Un1t combines both of my passions, performance and athleticism. My life is split between acting and training and yet there are many similarities between them. Just as you transform on stage into character, when I’m on the floor, I become the motivator and support for every individual in that class. I know everyone has it in them to do something great and I want to see that happen. Un1t is not just a gym class, it’s not just fitness, it’s about becoming an athlete and performing at your best. I honestly believe that, which is why you’ll find me training there too! I love our strength based classes but just you try and stop me jumping in for a Trooper on Saturday – those tunes get me going!
