By definition, a unit is “an individual thing or person regarded as single and complete but which can also form an individual component of a larger or more complex whole”. And within the four walls of our studio, we take that definition very seriously.
Being a member at UN1T means more than just completing your workout and heading out the door. It means being part of a community, cheering on your fellow athletes, and never leaving a person behind.
Whether you’re coming to your first UN1T class or you’re one of our veteran members, each class is meant to challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and be a place where you can be part of a team.
We’ve created a space that is welcoming to all athletes, at all levels. And our coaches live by this every day. If it’s your first or five hundredth burpee, our knowledgeable coaches will always make sure the exercises will challenge you, but are also here to modify and adapt exercises to suit your needs. With two dedicated coaches for every class, our members can count on having someone spot them when they’re hitting their next PB, to push them during a cardio class, or swap out an exercise to make sure you have the best workout for you.
UN1T truly is for everyone, every body, and every athlete. Our philosophy is to train as one to complete the day’s programme. Foundational and functional, we focus on the basics: building strength, muscular endurance and mobility. And our main goal is to bring back team conditioning workouts and help individuals improve their mental state, physical health and overall wellbeing.
