What makes me tick is seeing someone’s lifestyle and body shape transform into something they thought was impossible! I am all about team training and working together as one, the feeling of completing the impossible with a team of legends is the greatest feeling ever! Playing team sports from the age of 4 moulded me into the person I am today and UNIT is the answer to all those years working as a team!
“Smiley but evil” pretty much sums Josh up. He’s a sports science graduate who has been working in the fitness industry since 2011.
He loves the buzz you get from exercise and enjoys nothing better than helping others own a workout and get that same feeling!
He’s moved to London from Cambridge to join the UN1T family and achieve great things.
Harry is an actor, Personal Trainer and UN1T coach, who is all about making training as epic as possible. Wide awake from the crack on dawn, she’ll bring maximum energy & drive to every class to get you going above and beyond what you thought you could achieve. With a passion for lifting and technique, she’ll be right beside you in every class, keeping your form on point whilst squeezing out that extra rep you didn’t think you could do.
Hayley has always had a passion for sport and fitness, starting at a young age this love for exercise became a huge part of her adult life enabling her to stay mentally and physically strong, focused and sane during a successful 10 year Advertising career. Having made the plunge to work full time in the fitness industry she believes that most peoples barriers with exercising start in the mind which once overcome the possibilities are endless. ‘ The human body is an incredible instrument that if you learn to love and respect it, it’ll reward you in more ways than you thought possible! A strong mind is key to building a strong body”
Vince is your ex-military action-man-trainer, with a decade’s worth of knowledge and experience in training armed forces personnel across the world. You know he can deliver a great class with whatever equipment he has and whoever is in front of him. Vince has coaching qualifications in Boxing, Cycling and Running, his strengths are in body transformations and getting results. Just don’t ask him to swim.
Emily is one half of the blogging duo Twice The Health…look out for my matching TTH partner at UNIT too! She studied Sports Biomedicine and Nutrition and has a passion for all things active. She may seem all smiles but she promises she will make sure you get the most out of every UNIT class.
Zanna is a personal trainer, fitness blogger and UNIT addict. She is passionate about empowering people and encouraging them to challenge themselves through fitness. She loves pushing everyone in UNIT classes to be the best version of themselves and getter fitter, healthier and happier!
Hannah is the other half of Twice the Health, early-bird SQUAD lover and firm believer in oats for every meal. Her favourite thing about UNIT is the energy, each and every client giving every ounce they have edging closer to their goals with every session. The incredible atmosphere, endless variety and heroic team is what makes UNIT the only place to sweat!
Originally from Ireland, Laura is a PE and Dance teacher by trade. A lover of running, dancing and all things cardio Laura is slowly but surely trying to increase her weight training and sculpt the guns! The best smoothie maker in London so be sure to order a protein shake from her before your class!
Jaimie is the token American at UN1T! Working in the fitness industry for the last 7 years, she has grown a passion for group fitness and the business of wellness. As Chief Operating Officer for UN1T, she aims to ensure you have the best experience and workout each time you step foot in the studio. You’ll often hear her signature (and loud) “Whoop!” at the end of a sweaty session!
I started working in fitness because I wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals, whether they were regular members of a gym or had never set foot in one in their lives. My belief is that if you want to train one-to-one or in a group environment, you should receive the same level of service, time and dedication. So come and say hi and let’s push each other to hit those goals!
Rory brings his military training into each class he coaches – there’s no way you will leave class without pushing yourself to the limit! His passion for sport has driven his career in group fitness, with a decade of experience that he brings into each class. His favorite sessions are the UN1T strength classes where he can give advice to all UN1T members to smash through personal bests!
Matt is Australian born and bred and is an actor/musician by trade.Having 10 year’s experience in personal training and group instruction, he has found a passion in functional training. Matt will make you work hard, but you will complete class with a smile on your face. Remember the Matt Hunt motto: If y’all don’t breathe, you will die 🙂
I’m a big kid with a love of anything that raises the heart rate and pushes you to discover something new. I’m always up for a challenge and firmly believe in trying everything – anyone who knows me will know my mantra ‘You never know unless you try!’. My passion for fitness is in helping people discover how amazing and incredible they are, us trainers are simply there to guide you on this road to discovery and get the added bonus of sharing in your joy as you achieve your impossible!

Being a trainer on the studio floor at Un1t combines both of my passions, performance and athleticism. My life is split between acting and training and yet there are many similarities between them. Just as you transform on stage into character, when I’m on the floor, I become the motivator and support for every individual in that class. I know everyone has it in them to do something great and I want to see that happen. Un1t is not just a gym class, it’s not just fitness, it’s about becoming an athlete and performing at your best. I honestly believe that, which is why you’ll find me training there too! I love our strength based classes but just you try and stop me jumping in for a Trooper on Saturday – those tunes get me going!
