London Bridge Gym

Our London Bridge gym is a conditioning studio in which we – UN1T – provide the perfect balance of cardio training, strength training and mobility training.

UN1T’s team of fully qualified, friendly and dedicated fitness trainers help to drive each individual to achieve the best for their health.

Whilst UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members to get out of their comfort zone and complete their workout.

UN1T has devised the most effective and scientifically proven fitness programme to deliver long lasting results.

Every 12 weeks, we cycle through 3 distinct phases:

  • Hypertrophy training – growth and increase of the size of muscle cells.
  • Strength training – use of resistance which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of muscles.
  • Power training – maximum amount of force as quickly as possible.

The fitness classes in London Bridge

Strength classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; conditioning sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

A hybrid class is held on Sunday.

Sessions are team-oriented, competitive and accessible for all.

Within the sessions your coach leads you through an athletic conditioning workout that is never repeated twice.

We deliver healthier minds, healthier bodies and fitness knowledge for longer lasting results.

We start the class together as a UN1T and train as one to complete the class.

About our gym in London Bridge

The London Bridge gym is fully fitted with high specification gym equipment. You will have all that you need during your classes.

You will find Rogue Echo conditioning air bikes, Concept2 rowing machines and Concept2 SkiErgs for full body workouts.

We provide kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks and so much more.

The equipment is supplied and set up ready for your strength and conditioning class. Even sweat towels are provided during your sessions – and trust us you will need them.

After your workout take a shower in our well maintained facilities where you will find hair dryers and hair straighteners. Allowing you to continue your day.

The London Bridge fitness studio has rubber flooring, is air conditioned and stands at 140 metres squared – plenty of room for each member during training.

Our studio is located on Borough High Street, between Borough High Street Station and London Bridge Station.
