UN1T Qatar is a training and conditioning studio offering a combination of cardio, strength, and
mobility focused classes, all incorporating the concept of working as a UN1T to complete the class.
UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members to get out of their comfort
zone and complete their workout as one.
We like to treat everyone as an athlete. Everyone will be pushed to achieve their best.
UN1T has devised the most effective and scientifically proven programme, focused on delivering long lasting results. Each 12 weeks, we cycle through 3 distinct training phases: Hypertrophy, Strength, and Power. These classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; whilst cardio & conditioning sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. A hybrid class is held on Sunday, which is a fusion of strength and cardio training!
Sessions are team-oriented, competitive and accessible to all! During each session our coaches will put you through an athletic conditioning workout that will always change; delivering healthier minds, healthier bodies and nowledge for long lasting results. We start the class together as a UN1T and train as 1 to complete the class!
UN1T Qatar has also been setup with the purpose of positively impacting the surrounding community. We aim to engage with local companies and events in order to spread our philosophy of always being active and exercising so that you can experience a healthier lifestyle, both mentally and physically. We are here to educate, inspire and motivate everyone in Qatar to live a better life!
