What are the T's and C's of the The 14 Day Debut?

The one week Welcome Offer provides you with access to unlimited classes over the course of 7 CONSECUTIVE days. The offer activates on the day of your FIRST CLASS. You will have access to all of the classes on the schedule. If you do not attend the class that you have booked, this will still act as the start date for your offer week. Only one Welcome Offer permitted per person.

What amenities do you have at UN1T?

Changing facilities with lockers, toilets and showers are available. Shower towels are not provided.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is parking available directly in front of the building.

What are the different styles of classes on offer?

We have 3 different styles of classes, strength, conditioning and hybrid.

STRENGTH – weights-based lifting classes designed to build muscle mass and increase full-body strength. During these classes our experienced coaches will take you through a series of big lifts and accessory exercises programmed to give you the physique and performance results you are looking for, and they will check your technique every step of the way.

CONDITIONING  – high intensity, cardio-based classes designed to get the heart rate up. Working individually or as a team, these sessions will push you mentally and physically to achieve results you never dreamed were possible!

HYBRID – Sundays are for hybrid workouts. Combining both strength and conditioning these classes will give you a full-body burn and leave you feeling energised and ready to tackle the week ahead.

How long are your classes?

You will need an hour in total for our classes. Actual training time is 40-45 minutes, but we’ll also take you through demonstrations of all the exercises, and make sure you get a thorough warm-up and cool-down.

Do I need to be fit already?

The short answer is no. We welcome every person into our classes from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. We have experienced coaches who can offer regressions on all exercises should you need it, we allow you to work at your own pace and our community is warm and friendly and will support you whatever level you are at.

How do I book a session?

You can book right here on the website; just go to “Bookings” in the menu on the top right. Or, you can book through our app – UN1T Glofox. Just choose “UN1T Dubai Hills” from the list of studios, fill in a few details, and you’re good to go!

It’s my first time! Which class should I start with?

We usually advise that you start with one of our strength sessions on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. These classes are slower-paced and offer a steadier introduction to UN1T’s style of training, plus they’re a good opportunity for our coaches to take a look at your technique and discuss your training experience in more detail. If you’re still not sure, give our team a shout via Instagram or Whatsapp, or pop into the studio for a chat and we’ll be more than happy to advise further.

I’ve booked my first class! What do I need to know?

We advise members to arrive 15 minutes before class so that you can find the studio and prepare for the session. Check in with our FOH team who will show you the amenities and introduce you to the trainers. They will take you through the game plan so you know exactly how to tackle the class and then you can mentally prepare for the session! All you will need is appropriate training clothes, a pair of trainers, a water bottle and you’re all set. Please note we do not allow members to enter class if you are late, due to health and safety reasons.

What is the UN1T cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime before the class, after that you’ll be considered a late cancellation or no-show. Rack up 3 strikes and your account will get locked, meaning you have to talk nicely to the team to be able to get back in and back to booking classes!

I’ve loved my trial sessions. How do I become a member?

Speak to a member of our team after class or check out our membership options here on the website, or on our app. We offer a range of long term subscriptions, month to month options, and different class packs, so there’s something for everyone

Do you offer open gym time?

No. We only offer group classes. Some of our coaches do offer personal training for those that are interested.

Do you offer corporate sessions or private sessions for group classes?

Yes, we offer corporate or private sessions on request. Just ask one of the team for details.
