Nobody wakes up hoping to negotiate with themselves.
You don’t want to scroll for motivation, second-guess your plan or carry everything on your own — because you know that doesn’t work.
UN1T was built to remove that burden.

Built from a muddy pitch in Dublin.
UN1T exists because of something founder Rob Smyth experienced as a ten-year-old boy playing football for Home Farm FC in Dublin.
On muddy pitches in the north of the city, Rob learned that trying your best was never optional. Roles and ability differed but standards never did. If you pushed, the group moved forward. If you drifted, everyone felt it.

People work harder and achieve more when someone else is relying on them.
Years later, training through elite football and rugby, he saw the opposite playing out in gyms full of equipment but empty of accountability. UN1T was built to fix that.
Where you stop doing it alone and start training as one.

The people around you may have different strengths and stories but none of that matters. You do not have to be the strongest, but you do have to show up and do your best. Everything else is taken care of.
The workout structure is deliberate. You are pushed just far enough to notice something shift, without being overwhelmed. Discomfort is precise and purposeful. It is shared and explained. You are guided past what you thought you could do and, in doing so, you reset what you believe you are capable of.
When you walk through the door at UN1T, you are recognised. You are guided. You are given work with intent — and you leave having done more than you thought you were capable of.
The best hour of your day.
The sessions are demanding, but the room is alive. The music is up, the energy builds and you fight through those last reps together.
What began as a workout becomes something you genuinely enjoy showing up for.

Conversations happen before the warm-up. Afterwards, people catch their breath and share a laugh. Sometimes it continues outside the gym with a coffee or a studio social.
This is why UN1T becomes the best hour of your day.
It recreates the conditions that make effort easier and progress more tangible. Conditions that capture the best parts of team sport — the camaraderie and the lift that comes from doing something challenging as part of a group. Conditions once found on muddy pitches in Dublin and now experienced by every UN1T member every time they walk through our doors.
UN1T worldwide.

Every studio runs the same programme, the same structure, the same commitment to effort and progress.
What we stand for.
You do not have to be the strongest or the fittest. You just have to show up and do your best. That is the deal — and it is the same for every member in every studio.
We are not interested in how hard a session felt. We are interested in whether you are getting stronger, moving better and building a body that performs. That is what we measure.
The room trains together but nobody is comparing themselves to the person next to them. Effort is respected regardless of ability. That is what makes the environment work.
Our coaches remember your name, track your progress and acknowledge your wins. When you improve, someone is there to see it. That is the difference between training alone and training at UN1T.
