    WE TRAIN AS ONE, USING A SCIENTIFIC 12-WEEK PLAN FOCUSING ON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES TO BUILD YOUR PERFORMANCE.

    UN1T’s training is designed around a sole purpose – improve each member’s individual performance. How do we guarantee this? We continually track and test the performance of each member…numbers do not lie. Not only do we keep you accountable to your results but also ourselves.
    As performance improves so too does body composition – we believe this a MUCH healthier approach to fitness that promotes mental well being and longevity.

    A STRUCTURED PROGRAM BASED ON SCIENCE

    At UN1T you will sweat, but it will not be without an extremely well thought-out plan. We build bodies not break them. Our training method follows meticulously structured cycles which lead members through 3 different phases each with different goals.

    Our workouts are intense, you will be pushed out of your comfort zone…but you will also recover and wash up in style.
    Each UN1T studio is custom built for purpose. Member experience is at the heart of every studio design.
    Our equipment is the best in the business. From body maintenance, priming and recovery tools to the newest developments in training equipment our members train at the forefront of the fitness industry.
    Quality kit and continuous innovation is our promise.

    APP & TECH

    UN1T’s commitment to innovation isn’t limited to equipment. Technology powers our workouts, making it simpler to book, track and boost your performance.

    The UN1T app provides an entirely personalised guide to workouts, taking the guesswork out of training. Log the scores you achieved on Performance Week’s 5-rep max testing and our app will calculate the weight you should be using in each workout. Track your body composition as you progress through the training phases and, if you’re on the UN1T Project, view nutrition guidance and macro splits. And, of course, book classes and manage your membership. It’s all in the app.

     

    Digital screens located around the studio explain and demo the workouts and, on conditioning days, display the top scores from our global locations.

    Heart Rate monitors connect via Bluetooth to screens in the studio, showing how hard you’re working in each session.
