It’s My First Time! What do I need to know?
We advise members to arrive 15 minutes before class so that you can find the studio and prepare for the session. Check in with our staff members who will show you the amenities and introduce you to the trainers. They will take you through the game plan so you know exactly how to tackle the class and then you can mentally prepare for the session! All you will need is appropriate training clothes and you’re all set.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer free parking for our UN1T warriors right at the studio location. You can use the basement parking or outside parking at Agora Mall.
Is the gym open to workout alone?
We work on a class-based format, from morning to evening. The studio is not available as an open gym outside of class times. Download our app “UN1T” to see the schedule of classes.
How long are the classes?
Classes run to the hour, giving us time for a thorough warm up and cool down. Actual training time is approx 40 minutes.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session right here on our website. Click on the ‘book a session’ tab at the top of the page. Be sure to select the right studio location! For a more immersive experience, download our app “UN1T” to try a session.
Are there trial options?
If it is your first time trying our UN1T studio, make sure to check our trial offers in the website home page or on the UN1T app!
What are the different styles of classes on offer?
CONDITIONING
Dive into our high-intensity sessions that vary in duration. From quick 20-second Tabata bursts in ENT1TY to longer 2-minute stretches in ENDURE, and all the way up to 8 minutes in our team conditioning classes like ALLY or PYRAMID.
STRENGTH
Experience slower-pace classes with a focus on compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Using cleverly crafted blocks of time these compound movements are supplemented with accessory work on smaller muscle groups and every four weeks we move between muscular hypertrophy (3 sets x 10-12 reps) , strength work (4 sets x 4-6 reps) and power training.
HYBRID
We fuse cardio and strength training together for some of our toughest sessions on the timetable. Ready for the challenge?
MOBILITY
Yoga for athletes is a class focused on stretching the big muscle groups we tend to target most in class – hamstrings, quads, lats etc – while easing you through some mobility and basic flow work.

What amenities do you have at UN1T?
Our state of the art studio is thoughtfully designed to offer you a seamless experience. Our changing rooms have calming vanity areas, equipped with toilets and showers featuring our selected body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We’ve also provided hair dryers, straighteners, and plush towels for your convenience. We will always have compact training towels (you’ll definitely need one!). For any last-minute needs, find hair ties, face wipes, and deodorant at your disposal. Once you’re refreshed, unwind in our café area with a delicious smoothie, protein shake, or a refreshing drink.
