There are no bunny hops here. UN1T’s training methodology is scientifically designed to deliver results.
UN1T programs are designed in 12-week training blocks containing three 4-week phases. Each builds on the last, achieving progressive results by focusing on different training styles: Hypertrophy, Strength and Power.
Performance tracking underpins it all. At the beginning of each 12-week training block we test your 5-rep max on certain key lifts. Each workout is then programmed as a % of this benchmark, giving you an individually tailored plan that guarantees you’ll get stronger over time.

We have a complete mix of dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Our cardio machines, including Concept 2 rowers, bike ergs, ski ergs and Rogue Echo bikes, are made to push you past your limits. We only use the best equipment in the world, no half measures taken!

UN1T’s commitment to innovation isn’t limited to equipment. Technology powers our workouts, making it simpler to book, track and boost your performance.
The UN1T app provides an entirely personalised guide to workouts, taking the guesswork out of training. Log the scores you achieved on Performance Week’s 5-rep max testing and our app will calculate the weight you should be using in each workout. Track your body composition as you progress through the training phases and, if you’re on the UN1T Project, view nutrition guidance and macro splits. And, of course, book classes and manage your membership. It’s all in the app.
Digital screens located around the studio explain and demo the workouts and, on conditioning days, display the top scores from our global locations.
Heart Rate monitors connect via Bluetooth to screens in the studio, showing how hard you’re working in each session.
