UN1T fitness studio has devised the most effective and scientifically proven programme to deliver sustainable results. In each fitness class we educate you, so you achieve long lasting results.
Every 12 weeks we cycle through 3 distinct strength training phases: Hypertrophy, strength and power, which are on offer three days a week.
Our classes bring out the athlete in every member. UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members, no matter how fit, to get out of their comfort zone.
We start the class together as a UN1T by lining everyone up on the famous UN1T white light and we finish the class together with sweaty high fives all round!
UN1T are fully committed to our members, providing safe and meticulously clean fitness gyms in London Bridge, Munich, Qatar City and Kuwait City.
Each of our gyms are fully equipped with air bikes, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks and resistance bands. We supply all the equipment which will be set-up, ready for your next session. There’s no time to waste.
You will find modern gym facilities across all of our fitness studios – toilets and spacious showers.
All of our highly educated coaches are fully qualified in sports and undergo Basic Disclosure Checks.
