Guided training that removes the burden and turns shared effort into progress you see and feel.
UN1T works because it removes the burden of training alone.
When you walk through the door at UN1T, you’re recognised. The faces are familiar, the coach knows your name and the workout has real intent behind it.
The people around you may have different strengths and stories, but what matters is that everyone shows up and gives their best. The standard is shared, the effort is collective and everything else is taken care of.
Most group training delivers effort. UN1T delivers progress.
You work hard. But are you getting stronger?UN1T keeps the best parts of group training — the energy, the accountability, the shared effort — and adds the one thing most studios leave out: structure.
MOST GROUP TRAINING
UN1T
Programming
New workouts every day. Constant variation.
12-week structured blocks. Three defined phases.
Progression
Generic effort. No tracking of what you lift.
Training loads set from your own benchmarks. Increases weekly.

Calories burned. Heart-rate zones.
Strength benchmarks tested and retested each block.
Experience
Depends on which coach is on that day
Consistent structure across every studio globally.
Community
People train in the same room
The room moves forward together as one.
Attention is the difference.
Our coaches do more than run sessions. They remember your name, notice your progress and push you further than you’d push yourself. They are the reason UN1T works.
They know when you have had a hard week and when you are ready to step it up. That mix of push and presence — the knowledge that someone is genuinely invested in you getting it right — is what turns effort into progress.
This is a personal training experience at a group exercise price.

What happens when you train like this.
The discomfort is precise and purposeful. You are guided past what you thought you could do and, in doing so, you begin to reset what you believe you are capable of.
Movement feels easier. Clothes fit differently. You carry yourself differently. The changes begin before you expect them to.
When accountability feels like support and progress feels tangible, consistency becomes natural. You stop negotiating with yourself and start building a habit that lasts.
How we compare.
F45 emphasises variety and intensity — workouts change constantly and sessions are designed to push hard. This keeps training exciting but introduces a structural problem: without consistent exercise selection, progress is difficult to measure. You sweat, but are you getting stronger?
Training follows a repeating 12-week cycle with defined phases and repeat benchmarks. You don’t just work hard — you can see exactly how your numbers move forward.
Orangetheory built its model around heart-rate zones and real-time performance screens. The system is excellent at measuring effort. But effort alone is not the same as progression. Heart-rate metrics tell you how hard a session was. They do not tell you whether you are getting stronger.
We focus on measurable performance. Strength benchmarks are tested and retested each training block, giving members clear evidence that their capacity is increasing.
Small-group personal training offers more personalised coaching but at a price that limits accessibility. Higher cost, smaller groups, and a reliance on individual trainer quality all restrict how many people can benefit.
We scale personalisation through benchmark testing and percentage-based programming. Members train together but their loads and progression remain individual.
