Rob made his name in the fitness world at a young age. He qualified as a personal trainer early on and competed at a national level in semi-professional rugby.
In 2009, he spent two and a half years travelling to 29 countries across three continents, learning everything he could about the training methods and sports philosophies from different cultures.
He trained in Muay Thai in Thailand, TRX in San Francisco, Ashtanga yoga in Indonesia, triathlons in Australia, boxing in Sydney and running – all around the world.
He has been involved with two popular fitness documentaries, filming in various locations including Las Vegas, USA, and Thailand. These offer an insight into the mental and physical benefits of different fitness routines from polar ends of the industry. Rob compares the pros and cons of training in intense HIIT classes versus Ashtanga yoga and meditation in search of the ultimate balance.
In 2017, he opened the first UN1T in London. He currently divides his time between the numerous UN1T facilities that are opening up worldwide.
