QUESTIONS

What should you watch out for during trial training?

One of our coaches will be happy to explain everything you need to know for your first training session with UN1T in a personal conversation. Your packing list for training should always include a large bottle of water, sturdy, clean sneakers and, if necessary, a towel for showering. Please be there on time at the beginning!

What do I have to bring to the training at UN1T?

Do you mean next to fitness pants, shirt, possibly sports bra and in-door fitness shoes? Not much, because we are well equipped: in our changing rooms there are showers with high-quality shower gel & shampoo, mirrors and blow dryers.

We will provide you with an extra training towel for the sessions (trust us – you will need it). There is free water for your thirst with and without sparkling water. (You can buy a chic UN1T water bottle from us.

It is my first time! Which course should I start with?

Welcome to UN1T! With us you train your fitness like nowhere else.

Simply put: you can start with any course! Our courses – sessions – differ according to the three disciplines of endurance, strength and flexibility. Alternate the endurance and strength sessions and regularly supplement your training with stretching units. We definitely recommend that you always take a day off between sessions at the beginning. So the training effects can optimally settle in your body.

You don’t have to plan more. Because the rest is done by our well-founded training program, which with regular participation trains everything that makes you personally fitter. Regardless of whether you are a fitness freak or a fitness novice – our sessions offer everyone versatile access to achieve the same goal: to drive you in the group to your personal best.

Free training: For new customers, we offer the opportunity to participate in three sessions free of charge.

For your optimal introduction to functional training with UN1T, we take the time for you personally in a personal introductory appointment.  Register with us and let us know your preferred date for your first training with us.

Why do you name the courses at UN1T Sessions?

For us, sessions are more than just courses. Sessions are part of a big picture. Every session is about having achieved something. This is exactly what happens at UN1T and that is what makes our “courses” so different from the courses that you are familiar with from other fitness contexts. In each session you complete a precisely predefined program with your team colleagues in the UN1T. You get better from session to session. To have mastered a session means for you to have grown a bit – noticeably fitter, more alert, more productive.

What types of sessions are offered?

We offer sessions that focus on ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, STRENGTH + ENDURANCE and MOVEMENT. And that’s not all: Every quarter a new large training cycle begins, in which the strength training is structured in such a way that you can train optimally – simply by participating regularly and thus the phases of hypertrophy (muscle building), strength and maximum strength through.

I have booked my first session. When should I be in the studio?

We recommend that you be there punctually a quarter of an hour before the start of the session. This gives you enough time to arrive, register at the reception and prepare for the session. Our team will go through the session with you and the other participants before the start, so that you know exactly what you will master in this session.

Fairness First, Convenience Second: Please note that we cannot let stragglers in after the start of a session – for the best training for everyone who has arrived on time. Came too late? This hour is then unfortunately not considered to be attended (see cancellation policy).

How long in advance can I book a session?

Sessions can always be booked 10 days in advance – either here on the website or you can download our app , in which you can easily manage your participation.

Until when can I cancel a booked session free of charge?

You can cancel your booked session free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the session. So all UN1T members have a chance of a place in a well-attended session.

Thereafter, the following applies: If you cancel later than 12 hours before the start or do not arrive at all, this session will be deducted from your contingent (10-card) or we will charge a cancellation fee of € 10, which is due immediately. It’s hard, but it has to be – out of respect for the other members who want to train with you and not alone.

By the way: You can’t be late.

Are there parking spaces at the studio?

In theory, there are free parking spaces on Friedenstrasse and the side streets. In practice, there is usually little parking space available. Alternatively, you can park in various paid multi-storey car parks in the area, for example in the multi-storey car park around the corner in Haager Straße or in Atelierstraße in the car store .

What is the easiest way to get to the studio?

You can easily reach UN1T München Ost by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus or tram directly at Ostbahnhof. Our studio is located on Friedenstrasse 18a, directly opposite the exit “Friedenstrasse”.

Subscriptions & cards

We offer flat rates at different conditions (week, month, half-year, year) and 10 tickets for € 250 and individual sessions.

Trial training

We offer new customers the opportunity to participate in three sessions free of charge. For your optimal introduction to functional training with UN1T, we take the time for you personally in a personal introductory appointment. Register with us and let us know your preferred date for your first training with us.

How can I pause or cancel my monthly subscription?

Log in to your Glofox account . You can find your monthly subscription under “My profile> Account balance”. Here you can cancel the monthly subscription with one click. If you want to pause your monthly subscription due to an injury, simply write us an email and attach a sick leave certificate stating your inability to exercise.

As an unlimited month-to-month subscriber to UN1T, your membership now includes:

  • Body Scan once every phase (1 for every 3 months of membership)

Referral Program: If you are a member with us at UN1T on a rolling contract or 6 months upfront, you receive 1 free month for every member that you refer to membership (after they have been with us for three months). If you refer a friend to purchase a bundle or if you are bundle buyer yourself then you gain £50 credit off you next bundle for your referral.  The more you refer, the more you earn!
